Gizlilik Politikası (Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy explains how OtoBot (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) collects, uses, and protects user data. OtoBot is an independent software service operated by an individual founder and is not currently a registered company.

We may collect basic information such as name, contact details, Google account email address, accounting documents shared by the user, and limited Google Drive and Google Sheets metadata. We also collect minimal system logs for security and operational purposes.

Our application requests access to Google Drive and Google Sheets solely to store accounting documents, organize folders, and write structured accounting data. We do not access unrelated files.

OtoBot complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, share, or use Google user data for advertising or unrelated AI training.

OtoBot, Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası’na ve Limited Use gerekliliklerine uygundur. Google kullanıcı verileri reklam, satış veya hizmet dışı yapay zeka eğitimi amacıyla kullanılmaz.

Documents remain in the user’s own Google Drive. We do not permanently store document contents outside the user’s environment. Users may request deletion at any time.

We implement reasonable security measures including HTTPS encryption and restricted server access. However, no system is completely secure.

Users may request deletion of stored configuration data or logs by contacting us.
